[2023] Ironmen can buy ensouled pumpkin mask from G.E that makes your candles stop decaying during rituals

This is an interesting one. Since this is an item that can be won by irons through gameplay it makes sense for others that aren't as lucky to be able to purchase them from the GE due to it being a cosmetic. It having the small passive is where it becomes difficult. The passive is more QOL than anything since candles are so cheap. We could block this passive from working if an ironman is using it, but this then affects any players that won it themselves losing out on the effect. Alternatively we could just make the ensouled version have the same effect as the upgraded rotten head and only work for T2. This way its the same effect that everyone should already have and only a cosmetic change. Interested on opinions.
