[2020] Ribbons button in settings crashes game

I went to settings and saw a new button I haven't seen before, clicked on the "ribbon" button and my game lagged, crashed with this message:

"The instruction at 0x %p referenced memory at 0x %p. The memory could not be %s. (c0000005)"

I can no longer access my settings menu as I believe it has now defaulted to the ribbons tab

Two clan members also attempted to access their ribbons tab and one had the same affect as me whilst the other was fine, the working one was currently on their weaker PC whilst me and the other that failed to access the ribbons tab had stronger PCs orientated and designed for much bigger games.
