The Grimoire builds off the previous tiers, the daily items claimed from Lupe will just go into your bank once you have the Grimoire 4

Good spot, will get him added. We have an internal list that was made by people putting their own names on it and it looks like he forgot
No 4th conjure, looks like it'll be one of the hideen sanctum rewards according to roadmap, imo would be better as a reward tied to Um/rituals and the tree of souls thing... But nice free deaths and bone banking
I can confirm the 4th Conjure is it's own update in our current plans - it's not tied to any of the other content on the Roadmap, including Sanctum.

It will be lighter update for sure.
We're going for a mix of our main content drop per month (like Sanctum or 110 Mining & Smithing for example) peppered with smaller content drops in between where possible.
4th Conjure is kind of like today's Underworld Tasks - not a month headlining piece of content, but something great that we can add in between them.
