We have made some further changes to the refunding of sigils (see the new refund approach below), thank you for providing feedback and expressing concerns about the game integrity with the previous approach. our apologies for suggesting the first proposal was final, we will investigate how we can avoid this from happening in the future. moving forward we hope to communicate more clearly.
Slaying/Ferocious/Aggression sigils
Golden Touch/Unsullied/Limitless sigils*
- 1 vital spark for every charge left in in the sigil
Dragon/Demon/Undead Slayer sigils
- 50 black stone hearts,
- Additionally, if unused or fully charged
- One onyx
- if Dragon Slayer sigil 30 Resilient components
- if Demon Slayer sigil: 30 Silent components
- If Undead Slayer sigil: 30 Oceanic components
Ingenuity of the Humans sigil*
- 1 alchemical onyx
- Additionally, if unused or fully charged
- 10 stunning components
- 50 direct components
- 750 smooth parts
*We are taking this approach because they are using different items to craft and recharge and it’s impossible for us to tell if they have ever been recharged.

We've been having discussions on how we're going to refund players who already have Sigils for the upcoming Sigil update.
To make it short and sweet, regardless of the state of your current Sigils you will receive the following items/currency back:
Undead Dragon/Demon/Slayer sigils
- 50 black stone hearts, one onyx per sigil
- If undead dragon sigil: 30 Resilient components
- If undead demon sigil: 30 Silent components
- If undead slayer sigil: 30 Oceanic components
Slaying/Ferocious/Aggression sigils
- 45 million Shattered World Anima per sigil
Golden Touch/Unsullied/Limitless sigils
- 1,000 Vital Sparks per sigil
Ingenuity of the Humas sigil
- 1 alchemical onyx
- 10 stunning components
- 50 direct components
- 750 smooth parts
To give you an example of this would work:
If I login after this update with 4 broken limitless sigils I'd be given 4,000 vital sparks.
