I just noticed this happening when cashing in my (lost) entry rewards for this raffle, and I saw that within less than a minute after reset, there had been 85k entries dumped in RIGHT AWAY. But in the now 8 minutes after that, only 1k more entries made it in.
How and where did these instant 85k entries in 60 seconds come from? There's not even enough people online at the moment to justify 85k instant entries, even if they did save up 14 + 2 entries (not even counting the fact that the last godsword + barrows one just slurped up 80k + 120k entries off anyone who saved this up)
There was about 15k people online in member's worlds. Implying that EVERYONE in EVERY WORLD suddenly stood there and dumped their tickets in right in that very same minute, it would take around 6 tickets per person to do so. Which seems hard to believe as the last GS + Barrows one already chipped down 200k (At least) from anyone who saved up.
This is not humanly possible. It can't be. Either there is a massive army of bots that filled up a grand majority of the tickets right off the go, or there is a big portion of 'dull' tickets, tickets not owned by players only to decrease the odds of winning by players, which is even a worse design for a raffle.
