[2019] Bank Critical Bug [NXT]

when i try and open my bank it just crashes and takes me to the crappy support page and does not print out any stack information or saves any to 'jagexlauncher\bin\' saying that this is coming out in less then 4 days and its a weekend very soon .. i say this needs to be fixed as its a core part of the game and i just wont be able to use it when the update is out and im guessing its the same for most java users ... kinda the same thing that used to happen with the crit mining hit and they added a option to disable it ... kinda f*cked at this point as my account has all its money in the bank 'To Keep it safe' so cant even get the feathers to do something like fishing
