Hi all!

You may have noticed, but lots of you are having connectivity issues with RuneScape at the moment. It doesn't appear to be anything with our game worlds, rather it's connected to the same issues plaguing pretty much the rest of the internet. It's being investigated, but looks to be an ISP issue. Lots of reports pertaining to CenturyLink, and they tweeted this moments ago: https://twitter.com/CenturyLink/status/1300063983739772928?s=19.

Sorry to hear that! Hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

I believe we updated the thread yesterday and will be investigating further when the team is back from the UK Bank Holiday weekend.

EDIT: (16:53 BST) - it looks like this has been fixed. Thanks everyone for your patience.

Our sysadmin team are confident things are starting to settle down. Whilst this has been ongoing they've been working hard on routing options - they do acknowledge that from a player's perspective, it'll be a bit of a mixed bag depending on where you are in the world and your connection.
