[2019] Why didnt jagex anounce the alea crablets nerf.

I dont mind them nerfing something about 5%. But i tried crablets with the same setup i do normally. I used pickaxe of earth and song with honed 4 and furance 2. But the xp rates i was getting turned out to be 15-20% slower then normal and this was with non afking it and keeping up my stamina. Is this an overlook by jagex? Also the crablets spots seemed to stay up for almost an entire hour. Before they were max 30mins... I also thought jagex was going to reduce dailyscape.

Its still the best mining in game. But its just so weird they are nerfing something without announcing it.
