First of all this new quest "Desperate Measures", was an absolute blast, it felt like the old epic quests from old times, it's almost on par with Ritual of the Mahjarrat. The music was superb! the dialogue was plentiful but not excessive, the ambience and scenery was also very on point and very, very detailed (i liked the laboratory a lot). But, what i liked the most about the quest was the cutscenes. I appreciate you keeping consistent to the ones from "Desperate times" and the Archaelogy Mysteries, great job to the art team.
However, and personally i disliked this, it felt like a huge cliffhanger, you made a great quest but it ended just like harry potter and the deathly hallows (Part 1).
I won't speak too much about it as to not spoil it for anyone who haven't played it yet, but you're making the lore a huge part of the game going forward. Now God Wars Dungeon 3 makes a lot more of sense, it feels like the natural continuation of the story and i wouldn't be surprised if the next quest develops inside the dungeon.
I am also thankful you gave us such nice rewards, making archaeology at higher levels way more efficient, same for afk training.
But well, i have nothing more to say other than, great job, such an amazing quest deserves all the recognition of this community because even during these "desperate times" (no pun intended), you made a great story, and you now set the groundwork for another world event!
I haven't felt this excited since "The World Wakes" got released, you managed to re-capture that feeling once again and for that i feel very thankful.
However! it felt a bit wrong you didn't made something like this to announce the quest, but i understand completely why it wouldn't be possible.
I cannot wait to read other's review of this quest in due time but i wanted to be the first to express my gratitude because this is the kind of quality the quests needed.
