Idk if you know, but what about cave goblins? Zanik got her graphics updated years ago, but the rest didn't...
We try to time graphic updates with new content updates, so I can't say when it will happen. I believe Zanik's model wasn't created with the same level of modularity in mind, which is probably why the rest of the cave goblins didn't get an update.
