[2020] Unable to change max guild teleport from garden to guild

After a lot of work I achieved Archaeology 99 and I wanted to visit max guild again. However, since Elen Anterth doesn't have Archaeology 99 yet she is hanging around in the garden even if you enter the guild, and doesn't have the dialogue option to change the teleport location. I believe it is a pretty clear bug, although it doesn't affect gameplay much.
