[2020] Pleaseee cap the critical path in Dungeoneering at a requirement of level 99

With 120 farming & herblore you can encounter up to 120... 120 is quite a different ball park than 99. Besides, in f2p a precedent has already been set; it's capped at 49 in f2p (critical path). Also means that all it takes to adjust it in p2p is a copy/paste of code but with different values.

I'm still gonna get 120 farm&herb in the case it's not changed because I love DG, but I don't like the fact that I'll be a burden to my team then if I do floors in w77 because i have decided to max out my stats, and they have to rely on me to open all the high req doors (kinda backwards when you think about it). I'm also definitely not looking forward to other 120 skill expansions if current situation stays.
