Let's start off by saying trimmed masterwork armor has been great success overall. It has great set bonuses, is repaired by lesser varient of the same item and is created with smithing, that takes many hours. Because of it's amazing set effects and reasonable repair mechanics+ the added custom trimmed -50% degradation system, trimmed masterwork set has almost doubled in price since release. With this success in mind, Why can't t92 magic and ranged power armor go the same route? That they would both be created via crafting and runecrafting respectivly, taking several hours aswell, be repaired with lesser varient, aka t90 and have a nice set effect too, with the custom fitting option. that way t90 will still remain relevant because its needed to repair t92, custom fitting will take sets out of the game and repair costs would finally be reasonable for the gains.
