[2022] Demonic skull will reset your opt-in pvp to skull me even after you leave the wilderness

More of a QOL oversight here than a bug, but if you just finished runecrafting with D.skull and re-enter wildy for, lets say, slayer, you will still be skulled. You have to reset your pvp opt-in every time after using demonic skull, although i think a good QOL patch should happen here where it defaults back to opt-out!
