[2020] Still getting password resets, what is the latest?!

I haven’t seen a more formal response from Jagex on what the issue is beyond “we are investigating”. Is anyone else still getting these?

I have all my security protection but it is still very worrying! Jagex should be keeping us updated on what is happening, even if it looks bad on them as member security should be paramount.

Is this a genuine request by hackers due to a data base leak, or is it a glitch in the system? I guess we will never know.. seems as always they are giving the silent treatment in hope it gets swept under the rug..
