As of today's patch, Scripture of Jas seems to be hit capped at 10k again. The buff to it (increasing the hit cap to 30k) didn't make it better than Ful book, so no reason to have undone it; probably a bug.
pls fix.

External link →Hey - a fix that went live with yesterday's update partially undid the Jas buff - I'll look to resolve this as soon as I can.
