Is Jagex going to do anything to fix this after over a month of it being broken for Intel users? Or are we going to be ignored forever because the fixes solved the problems for most people? I haven't been able to play the game properly because of screen flickering and client freezes since November 23rd. Compatibility mode eliminates these problems but slows the game down to the point where it's barely playable for even simple things, let alone content like high level bossing. I am using the NXT client with Intel UHD Graphics.

The thread about the client crashes that was started on November 23rd hasn't been updated since December 7th even though Intel users are still posting about the same kind of problems: https://www.reddit.com/r/runescape/comments/jzhip6/client_crashes_investigations_updates/

I've played Runescape for almost 13 years but I am really starting to get fed up. I don't see the point of paying money for a game that's barely playable and as it stands I will be letting my membership lapse in a few days. Any updates from Jagex would be nice as there have not been any on the client investigation thread for three weeks.

Just wanted to hop in and let you know this is very much top of mind and on our radar, especially so after some posts about it just before the Christmas break. We totally get the frustration this causes and we're on it.

For some info - we did roll back these changes while we fix the issues that cropped up, which definitely seems to have helped the majority of people, but clearly this hasn't resolved it for everyone. There's more work that needs to be done.

We're going to get all this info over to the team once most people are back from break to continue helping their investigations. These threads are really great at helping us get things sorted sooner and keeping on top of this, so thank you for posting it - and for your patience with it. We'll do our best to keep you updated on any progress we make.

Thanks for posting your update in the OP Fishworm117. There was no intended fix this week but knowing it's continuing is helpful. We're working on our investigations at the moment - and again, thank you for the patience on this with how disruptive this is. We're on it.
