With a Samsung Galaxy S4 there is literally no way my phone can push 1920x1080 resolution with an Adreno 320 GPU. We need support to upscale resolutions so I can use a resolution like 896x504 to get an acceptable framerate.

External link →It already does upscale, same as most 3d games on mobile. The amount isn't configurable
You may actually be hitting a CPU bottleneck, as the adreno 320 isn't all that bad compared to modern lower end GPUs
