Context: I follow a lot of Jagex developers on twitter and a few of them post their progress, some are pretty far along with high xp totals, climbing to comp, and we all know that Shauny got his Warden kill.

I also see others posting about other games quite regularly, even other MMOs.

Would be very interested to hear some thoughts from anyone, really. I know we have some game developers around this sub, and I'd be just as interested in the perceived pros and cons of players without development experience.

Personally speaking sometimes it can be draining go and play RS some nights, simply because I work on it each day to then go home and play it basically means my day has been dedicated to RS and sometimes you just want to be away from it you know?

However... I love the climb, I'm close to Comp and it's gotta be done :P

Very difficult to avoid spoilers for upcoming quests.

I have definitely not played as much RS as I should, however, as a father of a five year old who is also recently relocated from Barcelona - time to play has been a huge factor when setting up a new home, finding schools etc.

When I do game I have to admit that I have played more League (ARAM’s are quick) and Civilization ( since a I can afk and abandon a game for hours at a time)

One of my personal goals for 2919 is to level up and focus on learning RS and OSRS to understand player needs and frustrations in more depth.
