Are there any changes to SoA? I only saw the hotfix listed.
Not this week. The changes are made and I'm hopeful they'll past testing quick enough to make the build of the 16th
Any chance the 'actual' broken achievements will be fixed?
'Breaking the Seal' has always been F2P, so the patch does nothing here, while the following are still broken in F2P:
- Hoof Rot
- The Wanderer
- Do they come in other colours?
- Kitty Litter
- Plank you very much
- You wouldn’t like me when I’m angry
- A bolt from the blue

Had a look over the requirements and yeah, those area task achievements all look like they should be validly completed in F2P and flagged as such.
I've created a JIRA for this and added it to the CXP backlog.
If you're aware of any other achievements that are currently members-only but can definitely be completed in F2P, please let me know, as it'll be easiest to change them all in one batch.
I've checked most, if not all achievements, and these are the ones that simply won't budge in F2P. Perhaps new ones will come in the future whenever changes in F2P are made in general, but that's a topic for then. I'll try to report them in-game if I find any later.

They look to all be area task diary achievements carried over from the original task system, so they've most likely got in-line member checks to remove, as the policy used to be that area tasks were exclusively members content, even if they could be completed in F2P. Should be an easy fix. :)
Can you please also check that the "Up to the Gods" is still doable in f2p? Many f2pers have been trying for months now and no one has spawned a Frozen Dragon in a solo in that time. I know it is obtainable in p2p still. Sure rng is involved but people have done 10's of millions of xp without a spawn.
The Up to the Gods achievement looks to be solidly F2P.
Whether or not the frozen dragon spawns at all is way further up the chain.
Dug down deeper and looks like there was still a member world check on whether antidragon shield could spawn among starting gear.
It's only one of the ways that allows dragons to be a potential spawn, but I've fixed that while I'm here.
Not seeing any other member checks along the spawning of frozen dragons.

I’ve been wondering if the Warped Gorajan Trailblazer outfit could be part of the reason Frost Dragons have a hard time to spawn. Does the increased spawn rate of slayer creatures trigger anything perhaps?
Doesn't look like slayer creature spawns have a direct impact, but does look like one of the conditions in the mob generation code that determines whether a frost dragon can spawn is that the party leader has not yet completed Up To the Gods.
Have removed that check (appears to have been there since the Daemonheim achievements) but in the meantime it looks like it'd be best to ensure your party leader is one of the players who needs the Up to the Gods achievement.
Also, looks like frost dragons won't spawn unless an antidragon shield has spawned, so (once the first fix I mentioned above goes live) you may find it fastest to cheese it by re-entering the dungeon until an antidragon shield spawns in the starting room. (Or if you don't start with a shield but yolo, curb your enthusiasm until something in the dungeon drops an antidragon shield, as frost dragons won't roll 'til then.)
