[2021] Can't complete Fairy Tale II?

I started the quest just after the update, but on the part where I have to use AIR, DLR, DJQ, AJS in order, every time AJS takes me to the penguin island???

I've followed the guide to the letter, done everything I need to and I've got the certificate in my inventory. Does anyone have any suggestions, or could this be down to the fairy ring update?
