But I do think that there needs some slight balancing changes between solo, duo, and trio in hard mode. As of right now, there isn’t any reason to do hard mode as a solo/duo as the fight is considerably easier and faster in a trio encounter.
In the time it takes to do 1 kill as a solo you can very easily do 3 kills in a trio and save on supplies and a much more likely death. This is made even more imbalanced by the ability to rejoin an ongoing instanced fight in a group.
My recommendation would be to leave phases 1-3 as they currently are. This part of the fight isn’t very difficult in a solo encounter and would keep the kill times for the fight roughly aligned. For phase 4 I would recommend lowering the hp on the 3 Echos to 75k each in a solo encounter, leave the hp at 100k each in a duo encounter, and increase the hp to 125k each in a trio encounter.
This would make the final phase slightly faster for a solo player and reward them for the increased difficulty of the fight as a whole.
