[2022] Whirligig (Scarabs skating on the water) should be instanced and not be shared with others

Hey Folks, some hotfixes have gone out and hopefully they address your issue.

1️⃣ . Crocodiles will no longer get stuck behind a wall when attempting to drop loot for the player.

2️⃣ . Crocodiles will no longer get stuck during a scarab catch if another player catches the scarab first.
