[2019] Slayer Task Is Bugged And I Cannot Progress With Slayer

I received and Icefiend task from Turael yesterday. He told me to kill the ones on Ice Mountain, which I did. However, those kills are not counting. I am 100% certain I am killing the correct monster and that I am in a members world without a ring of recoil equipped. I am only level 20 combat so I cannot seek these monsters out elsewhere (the ones in daemonheim did not count either). I do not have slayer points to cancel my task and since it came directly from Turael himself, he does not offer the choice of re-assigning me a different task. As it stands, I am going to miss out on the entirety of slayer week and the 25% bonus exp along with the double slayer points. Please fix this issue so I can take advantage of slayer week.
