[2022] New capes are brown on top permanently, why can’t we change this?

Can there be a way to make the capes not brown on top? Hooded cape is brown inside of the hood. Remove the hood and it’s still brown on top. Wear the hood and the top of the cape is still brown. The original capes had matching colors all around.
