[2021] .... just wanted a lapis lazuli

And now my ability bars are reset by the path system in burthorpe trying to get my dwarven army axe back. Why is this required for me with 2700 total level? Now I have to rebind everything on two of my ability bars and I only just came back a few days ago after a couple month break so I dont even remember where everything was. RIP.

Please place a total level check for the path system to reclaim the dwarven army axe.

edit: looks like the turael part of the path actually reset all of my action bars to something I didn't have them set up as? Now I get to redo all of them. Because you can't reclaim the dwarven army axe without doing the entire optional extra tutorial after the first tutorial after I've already done 2700 total levels...... I'm not salty at all. For reference, I cant buy a lapis lazuli. I'm an ironman unfortunately.
