We just released a hotfix for this - let us know if it works just fine for you! Full details below.
Hotfix: We have just released a hotfix to address missing Guardian's Gift charges for some Lockout players.
If you did not have the expected amount of Charges, please log out and back in for this change to take effect. If you have used all your 100% charge before this hotfix was released, you can reclaim your Guardian's Gift containing the missing charges from Diango.
