[2020] TH Multiplier not giving multiple stars/lamps

Pretty much what the title says. I know you can't get multiple cosmetic items/armors and whatnot, but I used to get multiple lamps/stars from the multiplier when pulling prismatic lamps/stars, now I only get 1 lamp/star no matter the multiplier. This has happened for a few events in a row no and just got around to taking a video of it. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, missing something, or what... anyone know what's wrong here or if this is a bug? I hope this isn't breaking rule #9, just trying to figure out what's wrong...
