[2019] wep poison ++ and +++ have the same mouse over effect

This isn't a 'bug' per se.

The tooltip does show a timer increase, and is actually the same for all weapon poisons - e.g. look at weapon poison + vs. ++

The only difference is the damage which is implied by the +'s
