[2022] Can a JMod please confirm if the enchantment of affliction buff is functional? Tooltip explicitly states it doesn't.

When fighting a susceptible monster, the buff reads as follows: Your Inquisitor staff will increase your damage against this monster by 12.5%.

It of course should be 17.5%.

I don't mind the wrong text, I just want to be sure the 5% extra damage is functional.

Edit: title should say 'isn't', rather than 'doesn't'. Oops
