hopefully this comes to jagex attention, recently they had a event promoting the LGBTQ+ community but decided it would be the best idea to make it treasure hunter based which is fine until you are a ironman/hcim player that has decided to go well lets give this mode a chance making me and lots of others confused as to why we were not involved this could of been a quest or massive event if u got lucky you could get this or that cosmetic, that would be a like daily activity that could not be reset with anything, now they say its available to be purchased on the grand exchange well as a new hcim that is not even close to bossing makes this impossible and disgusting that regular account players are now doing as they normally do and putting the price way beyond a price any ironman/hcim could afford and soon enough i bet it will be like parthats and any other cosmetic that is above ge price.

my suggestion is that maybe make this item a 1 way trade or another way any player has a chance to obtain this because unfortunately most of the LGBTQ+ community that play as hcim/ironman would be devastated that they cant own what they would like to show of proudly, no i am not part of that community but my wife is so i would like to show my appreciation as well as other people to show everyone no matter what you are you are not gonna be discriminated by us.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.

This has been the first time we have made cosmetic tokens available to ironmen players via grand exchange purchase. We did have discussions about allowing one way trades to this as well however we decided against it for this trial. The purpose of the ironman gamemode is to obtain everything yourself and we felt being able to get the items for free went against this. Bonds being the exception as they provide an out of game benefit.

Thats not to say we haven't been keeping an eye on the feedback from you all. Asking ironmen to spend their gold on cosmetics makes sense for the cheaper tokens. Some of the more desireable cosmetics however are at a much higher costs which is unreasonable to make ironmen players obtain. I will be raising this approach again with the team when we look to make more tokens available to ironmen in the future as something we may want to reconsider.
