I understand that you are upset that this change went in when you did not agree with it, we outlined the changes and the intents in the original post and some of the biggest feedback on that post was that people wouldn't be able to give clear and concise feedback without getting their hands on the changes and that is why we pushed for a beta so that people could try out the changes first hand.
The Poll was another data point for the whole project and not the sole deciding factor in how things would progress.
We want to communicate with our players about changes and to get them in on the process, so we will continue to work to add more Polls/Blogs/Beta etc where possible, just because it didn't go the way you personally had hoped is not a good reason to not continue to try to communicate decisions and intentions with players.
