If we assume the Elite Dragon spawn rate is ~1/50 which then each scroll is ~1/7200 (1/512 chance for barry and 1/200 chance for scroll) a rare drop to say the least, but less rare than other drops on the log. Yet Jagex isn't including it

Now the Eddimmu pet is a 1/512 chance when you get an elite and a 1/50 chance to spawn an elite, thats an effective drop rate of 1/25,600, you can go all the way from 99 to 200m slayer with Eddimmu on prefer and extend every task and not even get the killcount to be at the drop rate (source: me, 24,560 KC) and that was even before slayer got to 120 and has considerably higher XP tasks.

This is terrible logic, either both are on the log or neither are
