[2021] Login Issue: JAG Error

Reposting this separately to make our updates more discoverable.

We're aware of an issue regarding Jagex Account Guardian that is affecting some users. The teams are aware and we will update you once we have more information on the situation.

UPDATE (14:35 GMT) - Our Coldfix update has now released and the issue should be resolved. Please post below to let us know if you're still encountering this issue and thanks again for your patience.

UPDATE (14:05 GMT) - We have a Coldfix rolling out to address the JAG login issue, which will result in a server reboot at approx. ~14:30 Game Time. Once this has completed, we'll post back here.

We'd really appreciate if you could report back to confirm this fix has unblocked you once the update has released just to make sure we've got this resolved. Thanks for your patience and stand by for further news.

UPDATE (13:45 GMT) - We have a build with a potential fix in QA now. We hope to have more to share shortly.

UPDATE (13.00 GMT) - We're continuing to investigate this issue as our highest priority. The teams are closing in on the problem, but we have no ETA to share just yet. We will continue to update you once we have more to share and we apologise for any inconvenience.
