[2020] Possible bug with dinousaur tooth drop?

Recently Jagex fixed a bug that was locking people from getting the reinforced dinousar pelt drop:

"Fixed an issue where the upgrade material for the Hunter Lodge at the Anachronia Base Camp could not be obtained when the pelt resources were maxed. "

I wonder if the same bug is happening with the dinosaur tooth. I have all resources maxed and I'm worried about being not able to get the tooth drop.

I'm not getting the compacted hides drop and someone told me that the tooth drop is a 1/10 roll after a compacted hides drop is successfully rolled, what made me worried because I can't even get the compacted hides in first place.

Can anyone here confirm that it is possible to get the dinosaur tooth drop even if we have maxed resources on Anachronia base camp?
