Problem: Literally second step in the quest "Investigate the plant and receive "Lost Ring"" I didn't get a f*cking ring and the plant can't be investigated. So now what?! I saw other threads about this and no solutions. I'm a completionist. This is a huge problem, I'm going back to OSRS until someone here can possible fix this issue.

Our preliminary investigation we were able to replicate your issue after depositing the ring in a bank, so its possible you have done the same double check your bank to see if the ring is in there and let me know your RSN so we can investigate further.
