Curious if anyone goes for one goal at a time or do whatever you feel like each and every day?

As the title suggests, I'm curious how everyone plays. For example, going for 120 Slayer first then 120 Prayer. Or do you all play based on a day-to-day basis, for example, today I'm going to do some quests, tomorrow do some slayer tasks, etc.
