Cant find the $1 deal?

Hi all, I was looking at coming back to RS3 after seeing a video about the membership deal they have going on, I havent played my rs3 iron in about 6 months, I logged in today to buy membership and didnt see the deal in game when I open the membership store so I went to the post and followed the link and still didn't see the $1 offer, I checked to see if I had done the OSRS tutorial island at some point and I did not. Does this have to do with me logging into the lobby before looking at membership prices? Am I missing something? My jagex account had a seperate account that played OSRS leagues but thats the most recent time I played rs in any form. From what I read I am eligible for the deal.
