[2023] 7 entries and i cant claim the sleigh

Made a graphic to help clear it up but if you handed in points just before the lodge closed and didn't speak with Santa your gonna have to wait till next week to claim the reward, you will still get the outfit tho so don't worry about that.

Either your gifts are in the sleigh or you didn't post anything between the 27th - 3rd before Santa's first arrival and you will be able to get your rolls on the Black Party Hat when Santa is next in.

Trading in nice points does not get your more presents, you get presents (white/blue/purple etc) when you post the letters

Not sure what to tell ya mate, its one of three scenarios (unless you haven't posted letters at all or something silly like that)

1. You posted letters between the 27th-3rd prior to Santa's visit , in that case your presents are in the sleigh.
2. You posted your letters during Santa's visit but didn't talk with him and in that case your presents are in the sleigh (would have had to wait till next Santa but the team put out a hotfix so you should be able to collect)
3. You posted after Santa left and you will need to wait for Santa's return to trade in your points.

Did you hand in the first 6 points? If so you would have gotten the peppermint outfit and 6 rolls on the Party hat.

If you didn't hand them in when Santa arrived but instead posted another set of letters and held onto your points its likely your outfit is in the sleigh.

If you are thinking you get presents (white/blue/purple etc) for handing in the points you don't you get those presents when you hand in the letters the points are just rolls on the Black Party hat and the weekly prize (1st week is the peppermint outfit)
