[2020] I have reported this bug on mobile for months, and it still hasn't been fixed. Pm swaps to global regularly, and sometimes when you try to message someone, it messages someone else!

I have had a similar issue occur to me on the desktop client. This has been reported but I'll see if I can escalate the job :)
