[2021] Kerapac double death denied item claim.

On day of release I completed many normal mode kerapac kills. Died a few times, but free death week, Not a problem then.

So we go for some trio hardmode kills. Give it a go. Worst I am going to be down is overload doses and familiar. I can live with that.

But I get hit by the double death in deaths office bug. And now my items have disappeared. Obvious upset…. I don’t mind the full pernix, fleeting boots or cinder banes going missing too much…. Even though everything is pretty much best in slot perked out. It’s the loss of my hex hunter bow, hazelmeres ring And essence of finality with sgb inside.

But then I put in a lost item ticket about 20 minutes after it happened. Today it’s been denied. For apparent normal behaviour. I’ve been a member for over 15 years on this account. It’s just leaving a very sour taste.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Update: I think I had the upgraded pontifex ring on when I died so ROD wasn’t active. So ROD was lost too. ROD stand anyone?
