Can we please get some communication/acknowledgement or atleast a response that this is on your radar?

How is it fair to make a change that makes the game unplayable for so many people. Most of us are actually paying for it yearly. Just because we don't have super high end pcs doesn't mean we should be struggling to play in the lowest possible graphic settings.

If you guys are only going to support high end pcs going forward that is fine too, but at the very least the intentions should be communicated. To specify minimum requirements and then having it completely unplayable at said requirements leaves a bad taste.

All of us who are having this issue will appreciate any reply on this.

Hey Folks, We have spoken with our team about this issue and investigations are still ongoing. We wish there was more to it than that but rest assured this is not forgotten and we will continue to work on resolving any issues as soon as possible.

If you are affected by the crashes, please

  1. Update your GPU drivers, where possible. We have seen several issues resolved by this step,

  2. Lower your Graphics Settings options,

  3. Alternatively, use Compatibility Mode in the meantime, if available.

These steps may help resolve some of the issues folks are facing, but if you continue to have these troubles you can send us a support ticket via https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360006627238-Game-crashes.

Please include the following system details, if available:

1. Device, e.g. PC, Mac, Samsung S20, iPhone 10

2. Operating System, e.g. Windows 10 21H2, macOS 12.5.1, Android 12, iOS 15

3. GPU model, eg. NVidia 2070, Intel HD 620, Apple M1

4. GPU driver version
