1. Are your graphic drivers up to date?
2. Are you playing on Mac?
i got the same problem, i cant start the dungeon solo, when i try to enter it after selecting the mode, game freezes then closes by itself
i went with a group of people and same thing happened to me,
even when they tried, they got either stuck on loading screen or client just crashed.
Hey! Try setting your draw distance to "low" , unfortunately there is a known issue currently.
