It, likely along with Harvest, now have huge cooldowns (like 40+ minutes) and when it finally finishes the cooldown timer, it doesn't work. It's completely broken.
I've spent over 18 hours gathering 32,000 spooky tokens by using Annihilate, still needing another 12,000 more, to be roadblocked.
This sucks.
