Just popped on to say this seems to be an issue with certain players, we've got a job in now to investigate :)
This will be hotfixed tomorrow
(as BoltonCavalry has said, it's Dr Nabanik at Kharid-et, and this will only be happening to players who borrowed scrolls during Vault of Shadows)
