Sorry to hear you have been having this trouble, can you let me know the following?
1. Are your graphic drivers up to date?
2. Are you playing on Mac?
Well, that explains it. They're playing on the Mac and the fix is to toss it and get a computer!
When the issue was first appearing it seemed to be appearing on Mac's initially. It no longer seems to be related to the Mac but instead the draw distance of the game.
