Hello,
I just got this error while entering City of Meiyerdich via wall. I was able to log back in, until I got same error entering the 1st floor at Secret key short-cut. Now I cannot log back in, as game crashes before it loads.
I've tried several times, deleted cache, reinstalled client, nothing fixed an issue.
Is there a fix? I've opened a Bug ticket, but I'm not sure if that will be resolved any time soon? Thank you!
External link →That is valid point, but unfortunately my ram is ok :( and it only did this in meiyerdich :( I can play on other accounts with no problem.

Never heard from the OP, if you are having the exact same issue (crash on login to a particular area of the game that occurs on mobile as well) then please let me know your in game name and I’ll look into it!
I was actually able to get in after a couple hours. I’m not sure if you are still interested in looking into this. The weird part is I logged in on different PC’s and mobile and it still caused the client/app to crash once selecting a world. I ran multiple PC tests and did not find any issues with my memory. It was an isolated incident that only occurred after boarding the boat in Burgh de Rott. When I went to submit a bug request with screenshots of the error it let me log in and I appeared on the wall in Meiryditch. Nearly 4 hours of crashing upon logging in after world selection. User name is Gandhi Slays, maybe you will be able to find out the issue before it happens to someone else. Feel free to DM me for any more questions/info. Thanks for your willingness to help.

Many thanks I was able to track down your crashes, will raise this as an issue internally. At first glance it appears to be a game bug rather than anything wrong on your end
