[2019] Mod Wulver no longer working for Jagex?

Wulver was Lead Designer of the “unannounced mmo” that Jagex was developing for the past few years. I don’t know when, but within the past 2 months his twitter handle JagexWulver has been discontinued and all of the tweets it has made are no more.

What does this mean for the future of Jagex? Another scrapped title or just new faces on it? Why so secretive? Can we get a bit of info? Also I don’t recall any mention that he is gone from the company? No goodbye? For being the lead of a large project it seems kinda shady that everything’s so hush-hush.
