[2023] Elder Overload Cauldron (still) bugged?

Glad the Jagex team got the elder overload cauldron to last more than 5 (6, whatever) minutes ... but is it still bugged?

That is, the buff is only restoring ~10 prayer points *per minute* for me, where (at least by my calculations) it should be much faster.

That is (calculations for 99 prayer), it will restore over time "level × 4.7 + 130.5", or, 595.8 prayer points over a potion length of 6 minutes ... which should be ~1.7 prayer points per *second* (or, 99.3 over a minute).

The '10 prayer points per minute' would correlate to ~600 per hour ... so, that means that the "buff" is 10x as bad (or, 1/10 as good) as a normal elder overload salve??

To me, this seems of a *debuf* ... 10 prayer points per minute is not very much, especially when you (with the event "buff") cannot use a 'regular' elder overload salve (you get the message "You are still suffering from the effects of a fresh dose of overload' and cannot otherwise consume a dose from your inventory).
