I already had some progress on the Imp Catcher quest before they did the rework. I started playing again and I'm just hard stuck on this simple quest. There's no imp at any of the listed altars. Am I stupid or could this be a bug due to already having progress on the quest prior to the rework?
I tried a bug report about 4 months ago, but no response.
I will politely ask /u/jagex_stu to look at this.
I'm on holiday today so unable to investigate beyond the presented evidence.
But since you don't seem to have gold text for your active objective listed in your quest journal, I'd suspect you may need to talk to Wizard Mizgog at the Wizards' Tower to progress each of the 4 imps to a state where they're visible.
If that doesn't fix it, please submit an ingame bug report so we have your recent RSN to reproduce the issue with your account state and determine a resolution.
